Jason Pilkington
Managing Director
Jason founded Inhouse Corporate Services with a clear vision: a facilities management company that puts people, clients, staff and communities, at the centre of everything it does. His ethos is to work closely with the team and treat the business like a family, creating exceptional service built on genuine care.
With deep roots in the facilities management industry, Jason has steered Inhouse from a regional operator to a nationally recognised business serving some of the UK's most well-known brands.
Maruta Nezdulkina
National Operations Director
Maruta joined Inhouse in 2007 and has worked her way up to National Operations Director through exceptional dedication and expertise. With over 20 years' experience within the facilities management industry, she brings an operational depth that underpins every contract we deliver.
As the person ultimately responsible for service delivery across the Inhouse estate, Maruta ensures our clients receive consistency, accountability and the highest standards, every time.
Ian Holliehead
Accounts Director
Ian has been in the service industry since the mid-1990s and has held a number of roles within Inhouse over the years. He started as a Mobile Operative and worked his way through the business, bringing the kind of ground-level insight that only comes from having done the job yourself.
In his role as Accounts Director, Ian is the primary point of contact for many of our largest client relationships, ensuring the commercial and operational side of each account works seamlessly together.
Georgie Pilkington
Executive
Georgie joined the family business to help drive the next phase of Inhouse's growth. She works across strategy, forward planning and business development, implementing the systems and processes that support Inhouse's ambition to be the leading facilities management company in the UK.
Her work has included managing major entertainment industry accounts from within Inhouse, overseeing the operational relationship with clients including Showcase Cinemas and ODEON.
Tracy Green
HR & Compliance Administrator
Tracy oversees HR and compliance across the Inhouse business, ensuring our people practices and regulatory obligations are met to the highest standard. Her work is the backbone of a well-run, lawfully compliant and people-focused organisation.
From staff onboarding and training records to compliance documentation and certifications, Tracy keeps the operational infrastructure running smoothly behind the scenes.
