Jason Pilkington
Managing Director
Jason’s ethos for the Inhouse is to work closely with our team members and to work as a family in order to create a great service and care for our customers.
Maruta Nezdulkina
National Operations Director
Maruta joined us in 2007 and has worked her way up to this executive role. She is an experienced Account Manager and Operations Director, with over 20 years of experience within the industry.
Ian Holliehead
Accounts Director
Ian has been in the Service Industry since the mid 1990’s and has held a number of roles within our business. He started at Inhouse as a Mobile Operative, working his way through the business in order to get to the position of Account Director for the past 5 years.
Georgie Pilkington
Executive
Georgie decided to join the family business in order to help with the progression of the company as well as implementing new strategies and forward planning. Georgie has 5 years experience, working with clients such as National Amusements and Odeon Cinemas.

Footprints Conductive Education Center Nottingham
We partnered with Nottingham-based charity Footprints, a conductive Education Centre that transforms the lives of children with mobility and communication difficulties. We support a family each year so their child can receive the life-changing support they need.

Weekly Food Bank Collections
Every Thursday, the Inhouse Team host a food bank collection to help those in our local community who may be struggling.
Apprenticeships
At Inhouse, we understand the importance of apprenticeships to support both our existing staff’s career progression and allow people to get their foot in the door to the Facilities Management industry. We support apprenticeships in Office Management and Accountancy with the opportunities regularly offered to progress further with Inhouse.
